About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Executive who can manage social media strategy, content planning, client communication and internal execution for multiple brands.
This is a combined strategic and account management role. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding a client's business objectives, developing effective social media strategies, planning engaging content and coordinating with the internal creative team to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for converting client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for designers, video editors, content creators and other team members.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Content PlanningDevelop social media strategies based on each client's business, industry, target audience and objectives.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Research competitors, industry trends and relevant social media trends.
- Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, campaigns and promotional content.
- Develop content themes, campaign concepts and communication strategies.
- Plan content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Write or coordinate captions, content briefs, reel concepts and video scripts.
- Ensure all content follows the client's brand identity, tone and business objectives.
- Review social media performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Client Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations and business objectives.
- Conduct regular client communication and review meetings.
- Collect content requirements, approvals, feedback, raw materials and other necessary information from clients.
- Present content calendars, campaign ideas and strategies to clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated clearly to the internal team.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify additional client requirements and potential opportunities for additional services.
- Manage expectations and help prevent unnecessary delays and scope creep.
- Internal Team CoordinationConvert client requirements into clear and actionable internal tasks.
- Create detailed creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, performance marketers and other team members.
- Assign and track tasks according to content calendars and project deadlines.
- Ensure the internal team has all required information and assets before starting work.
- Review content internally before sending it to clients for approval.
- Track revisions and ensure feedback is implemented accurately.
- Ensure approved content is delivered or published on schedule.
- Maintain an organized workflow for multiple client accounts.
- Publishing & Social Media ManagementSchedule and publish approved content across relevant social media platforms.
- Ensure captions, hashtags, tags, links and other publishing details are accurate.
- Maintain consistency in posting schedules.
- Monitor basic engagement and account activity.
- Coordinate responses or escalation of important comments and messages when required.
- Ensure all client accounts remain active, organized and professionally managed.
- Reporting & Performance AnalysisTrack key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, profile visits and content performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for assigned clients.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing content.
- Use performance data to improve future content strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.

- What We Are Looking ForMinimum 1 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content strategy or client account management.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand business objectives and convert them into content strategies.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal creative teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned client accounts.
- Professional approach to handling feedback, revisions and client expectations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Expected Account OwnershipThe selected candidate should be capable of independently managing approximately 5–8 active client accounts, depending on the complexity and volume of work required for each account.
