As a Senior Demo Strategist, you won't just build software environments; you will be the chief storyteller and technical architect behind our global sales acceleration engine. Your technical expertise, learning agility, and cross-functional leadership will define how the world experiences our products. By joining us, you will:

  • Architect Scalable Innovation: Leverage your curiosity for emerging tech to deploy automation tools, verticalized instances, data-seeding frameworks, and cutting-edge Gen-AI agents, ensuring our field teams stay miles ahead of market trends.

  • Drive Global Commercial Velocity: Move beyond localized support by designing self-service playbooks, environment stacks, and interactive click-paths that scale reusable demo assets across our global mid-market and enterprise segments.

Skills

  • Narrative Architecture & Storyboarding: Exceptional capability to build complex technical click-paths, scripts, and video walk-throughs that prioritize business value over raw feature lists.

  • Gen-AI & Technical Automation: High proficiency in leveraging generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) alongside foundational programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, REST APIs) for custom data seeding, resets, and environment health checks.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Diplomatic and persuasive communication skills to lead alignment sessions with diverse product, engineering, and sales stakeholders under tight deadlines.

  • Ambiguity Management: A self-reliant, execution-focused mindset that embraces highly unstructured, difficult tasks and turns them into clean, repeatable frameworks.

R&R

  • Strategic Demo Architecture: Design and standardize the end-to-end demo strategy across product lines, tailored specifically by commercial motion, business segment, buyer persona, and industry vertical.

  • Discovery Translation & Storyboarding: Partner directly with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to translate complex, real-world customer challenges into intuitive storyboards, personas, and live click-paths.

  • Environment & Tooling Orchestration: Own the administration and deployment of internal and external demo automation platforms. Manage central demo accounts, build verticalized instances, configure custom workflows, and deploy data-seeding packages with minimal downtime.

  • Reusable Catalog Curation: Build, scale, and maintain a high-quality central asset library including talk-tracks, micro-videos, demonstration scripts, and data packs.

  • Project Management & Custom Development: Collaborate closely with the broader Demo Engineering team to drive custom feature development, tool maintenance, and workflow optimization based on field feedback.

  • Field Enablement & Strategic Events: Deliver comprehensive training playbooks, micro-courses, and open office hours to drive field adoption. Partner with executive leadership to curate high-stakes demo flows for large, public-facing regional events.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track and report on core team metrics—such as asset reuse, SLA adherence, system uptime, and revenue influence—continually iterating workflows to improve field satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 4 to 7 years of dedicated experience within a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture role, with a proven history of directly delivering high-stakes product demonstrations to customers.

  • Educational Foundation: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a specialized certification in Content Strategy is a significant advantage.

  • Content Mastery: A documented portfolio demonstrating strong past work in scriptwriting, slide deck architecture, or video production.

  • Technical Breadth: Demonstrated comfort navigating modern tech stacks, manipulating APIs, and embedding AI-driven features into enterprise workflows.

  • Mindset: A highly driven individual who operates with a strong sense of urgency, structural problem-solving capabilities, and a deep focus on flawless execution.
