- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Experience with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform data cleansing and transformation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in using programming languages and tools relevant to data analysis within software engineering contexts.
