IN-Sr Manager-AI Transformation Specialist -CEDA CENTRAL– Advisory– Bangalore

Job Description & Summary

*Responsibilities:  

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements, including strategy development, solution design, adoption, and change management. 

• Assess client AI maturity and identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption aligned with business objectives. 

• Develop AI transformation roadmaps incorporating data strategy, technology architecture, governance, and operationalization frameworks. 

• Design and oversee deployment of AI/ML models, automation, natural language processing, and advanced analytics solutions. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive delivery. 

• Drive best practices for responsible AI use, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and compliance with ethical standards. 

• Lead workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagements to communicate AI transformation value and progress. 

• Mentor and guide junior team members on AI technologies, methodologies, and delivery excellence. 

• Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry use cases to continuously enhance PwC’s AI transformation capabilities. 

• Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship management.

*Education Qualification   

• Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.  

• 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, or digital transformation roles, with substantial experience leading AI transformation projects. 

• Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and automation frameworks. 

• Experience with AI solution architecture and technology stacks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud AI services, etc.). 

• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven business transformations and scaling AI initiatives within large organizations. 

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, ethical AI principles, and data privacy regulations. 

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage with senior client executives. 

• Consulting experience and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies preferred.
