- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and data sources effectively.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and master data management best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP MDG environments.
- Capability to work within agile development frameworks and deliver high-quality software components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
