Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Loan Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of new customers for business loan products. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their financing needs, promoting suitable loan solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Identify and acquire customers requiring business loans, including MSME, SME, and working capital loans.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the sales process.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in business loan sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered (based on company policy).
