Job Description
Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
Contact prospective customers and explain project features and benefits.
Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the CRM, marketing, and legal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated on project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
