Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO & PS Lead/Manager with strong expertise in S/4HANA to lead a team of functional consultants. This role involves managing service delivery, driving SAP transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration across business processes and SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor SAP FICO & PS team; manage workload, escalations, and rostering
  • Handle Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management (ITIL)
  • Act as Major Incident Manager for critical issues
  • Support S/4HANA implementation, testing, and transformation
  • Ensure integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.)
  • Approve ChaRM changes and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain documentation, ensure audit compliance, and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.

Experience

  • Minimum 7–15 years of SAP FICO & PS experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP FICO & PS modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA, Product Costing)
  • Knowledge of P2P & O2C processes
  • Hands-on S/4HANA experience
  • Understanding of IDOCs/EDI and integrations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP cross-module integration

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and Travel Management
  • Knowledge of business processes: ETO, CTO, MTO, MTS
  • Experience with:
    • Functional specifications (FS), user exits, and testing
    • SAP Solution Manager & ChaRM
    • Implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Exposure to:
    • RPA
    • Test Automation
  • Awareness of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.
