Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the back-office team, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Assist in order processing, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of digital wallpaper prints.
• Handle inquiries and correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions using appropriate software.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock tracking, replenishment, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all back-office operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• HSC / Graduate
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command over English language

Pay Scale:            

Up to ₹18,000/- per month
