Looking for a proactive, organized & detail-oriented *Admin/Purchase Executive* to join our Dadar team! 💼

*📍 Location:* Dadar, Mumbai  

*💰 Salary:* ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month  

*⏰ Exp:* 2-8 Years  

*🎯 Gender:* Female  

*⏱️ Timings:* Mon-Sat | Dadar based

*📋 What You’ll Handle:*

✅ Create & manage Purchase Orders - accuracy + timeliness  

✅ Follow-up with vendors/suppliers for timely deliveries 📦  

✅ Email invoices + dispatch details to customers  

✅ Maintain & update FMS Sheet regularly - data accuracy  

✅ Provide admin support to Director - POs + other tasks  

✅ Keep records organized, smooth ops every day

*🎓 Must Have:*

1. *Education:* BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate

2. *Exp:* 2+ Years in Admin / Executive Assistant / Purchase 

3. *Skills:* MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook 💻 Expert

4. *Traits:* Strong org skills, Time management, Communication 🗣️, Multi-tasking, Attention to detail

*⭐ Preferred:*

- Experience handling POs + Vendor coordination

- Familiarity with FMS or similar tracking systems

- Prior experience in Manufacturing/Trading preferred
