Education:

• Minimum HSC Passed or HSC Failed also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Counting and maintaining label inventory
• Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
• Assisting with purchase documentation
• Maintaining purchase records and files
• Coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Supporting the Purchase Department with day-to-day activities
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge Word & Excel

शैक्षणिक पात्रता:

• किमान HSC उत्तीर्ण
• HSC नापास उमेदवार देखील अर्ज करू शकतात.

कामाच्या जबाबदाऱ्या:

• लेबलची मोजणी व स्टॉकची नोंद ठेवणे.
• खरेदी आदेश (Purchase Order - PO) तयार करणे व जारी करणे.
• खरेदीसंबंधित कागदपत्रे तयार करण्यास व व्यवस्थापनास सहाय्य करणे.
• खरेदीची नोंद व फाइल्स व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.
• पुरवठादार (Vendors) व कंपनीच्या विविध विभागांशी समन्वय साधणे.
• खरेदी विभागाच्या दैनंदिन कामकाजात सहाय्य करणे.
• वरिष्ठांनी सोपविलेली इतर प्रशासकीय कामे पार पाडणे.

आवश्यक कौशल्ये:

• संगणकाचे मूलभूत ज्ञान.
• MS Word आणि MS Excel चे ज्ञान आवश्यक.
