As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align closely with business requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering a comprehensive approach to client success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process transformations.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and integration testing processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
