Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to provide end-user support, manage desktop environments, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, endpoint management, and supporting Windows.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Deploy and maintain desktop applications, software updates, and security patches.
• Support endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or equivalent.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security solutions, antivirus, and compliance policies.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and account setup.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and asset management processes.
