Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk: Greet visitors/clients warmly, manage the reception area, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
- Telecalling: Make outbound calls to leads, pitch company services/products, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, address basic inquiries, and route calls to the concerned team or department.
- Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs, update caller databases/CRM, and assist with basic office admin tasks.
- RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Pleasant personality with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
