Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance overall testing efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to build a strong automation capability.
- Monitor and evaluate testing processes to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience in integrating automation tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation-related issues to maintain test reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
