Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director - Business Development - to lead our business growth efforts in the AMC, Insurance, AIFs, and Wealth space. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting CRISIL's thought leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and deepen market penetration
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including C-Level executives and senior decision-makers
- Identify and engage with new business opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Lead complex negotiations with clients to secure commercial and contractual agreements
- Develop and assign sales goals, create opportunities with key stakeholders, and drive the introduction of new solutions and offerings to the market
- Track pipeline performance, ensure monthly budget targets are met, and respond to client and market demands with relevant products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including asset management, wealth management, capital markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
