Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base, strengthen brand presence, and drive revenue. This role blends direct sales activities with marketing initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and creating campaigns that generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print, events)
• Support content creation for promotional materials, social media, and the company website
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI

General

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales/marketing efforts with business goals
• Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, marketing metrics, and market feedback
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
• Prior experience in Website Development, SEO & Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
