Job Description
LOFA India is a fast-growing apparel brand focused on B2B and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) distribution across India. We partner with distributors, retailers, and agents to build a strong national presence backed by quality products and efficient supply chains.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head – B2B & MBO from the apparel/garment industry to lead our Pan-India sales strategy. This role will own national sales performance, distributor and agent networks, MBO expansion, and sales team leadership.
Note: Only candidates with Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Pan-India B2B & MBO sales growth
- Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and sales agents
- Expand garment MBO and retail distribution channels
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO sales (Mandatory)
- Strong experience handling Pan-India distributor & agent networks
- Proven sales leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Willingness to travel extensively
