Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Mehta Metal Industries

Working Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM

Salary: [Fixed Salary] + 1% Commission on Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and communicative Sales Executive to join our team at Mehta Metal Industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent speaking skills and will be responsible for generating and converting leads into sales. The role will require consistent interaction with prospective clients over calls and through Indiamart, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a relaxed office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Indiamart and other platforms to generate new leads.
• Contact potential customers via calls and emails to convert leads into sales.
• Follow up on leads, address inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet daily targets by approaching new leads assigned every day.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide excellent service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, earning commission on sales.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English and/or Hindi).
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably over the phone.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
