Summary:
As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. The role focuses on creating scalable and high-performance environments tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. This includes working with a variety of cloud technologies, both private and public, to transform and migrate legacy infrastructure. The position requires continuous collaboration with multiple teams to ensure that the solutions align with evolving business objectives and technological advancements, ultimately driving next-generation outcomes for the organization.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance hosting solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable cloud-based hosting environments using both private and public cloud platforms.
- Experience in legacy infrastructure transformation and migration strategies.
- Ability to develop cost-effective and high-performance hosting solutions aligned with business needs.
- Skilled in agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
