Job Description
An Accounts Executive (or Accountant) at G.K. Vale (workindia.in) is responsible for managing day-to-day retail accounting, tax filings, and ledger maintenance across their photography studios and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Compliance: Handle monthly GST and TDS filings accurately.
- Bookkeeping: Record store transactions, sales, vouchers, and cash flows.
- Reconciliation: Match bank statements and vendor invoices against records.
- Tally Management: Maintain up-to-date and clean data logs in Tally ERP software .
- Financial Reporting: Prepare data summaries to assist internal management audits.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of core commercial accounting experience.
- Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree (b.com preferred).
- Core Skills: Mastery of Tally, GST, TDS, and Excel systems.
Work Environment & Compensation
- Expected Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month, depending on performance.
- Job Location: Head office based in Church Street / MG Road, Bengaluru
- Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Work from Office).
