Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Recruiters. The role involves handling volume hiring, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk/volume hiring for multiple positions.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and explain job details.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates over the phone.
• Willingness to work with recruitment targets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.
