Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues that may impact project success.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management in projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
