SAP FSCM Leadership 

• Lead design and implementation of SAP FSCM solutions across global business functions. 

• Drive business process transformation initiatives in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) domains. 

• Define FSCM roadmap aligned with organizational goals. 

• Manage SAP FSCM module integrations with SD, MM, Treasury, BW, and S/4HANA. 

SAP FICO Management 

• Lead configuration and optimization of: 

• General Ledger (GL) 

• Accounts Payable (AP) 

• Accounts Receivable (AR) 

• Asset Accounting (AA) 

• Bank Accounting 

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA) 

• Profit Center Accounting (PCA) 

• Internal Orders 

• Product Costing 

• COPA 

• Ensure adherence to financial compliance and reporting requirements. 

Solution Architecture 

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. 

• Lead fit-gap workshops and solution blueprint discussions. 

• Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with SAP best practices. 

• Review functional specifications and integration designs. 

Stakeholder & Client Management 

• Engage with Finance Leadership, CFO organizations, and business stakeholders. 

• Conduct executive-level presentations and steering committee meetings. 

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions. 

Team Leadership 

• Lead large onsite and offshore SAP consulting teams. 

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for consultants. 

• Conduct performance reviews and resource planning. 

Project Delivery 

• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: 

• Requirement Gathering 

• Solution Design 

• Configuration 

• Testing 

• UAT 

• Deployment 

• Hypercare Support 

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets. 

Governance & Compliance 

• Drive process standardization and internal controls.

• Ensure adherence to SOX and financial governance standards.
