Field Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Oil & Lubricants

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Professional to handle our oil and lubricant sales in the Jaipur region. You will be responsible for driving business growth by pitching to businesses, managing retail/distributor networks, and expanding our market footprint across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and dealers across Jaipur.
• B2B & Enterprise Sales: Pitch and sell oil and lubricant products to commercial clients, workshops, service centers, and industrial enterprises.
• B2C Sales: Focus on expanding retail counter presence and driving secondary sales.
• Market Expansion: Meet daily field visit targets to explore untapped local markets in Jaipur and generate fresh leads.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in Oil, Lubricants, Automobile Spare Parts, or Tyres sales is highly preferred.
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license for daily field visits.
• Local Knowledge: Thorough geographic knowledge of Jaipur city routes, industrial areas, and automotive market hubs.
• Communication: Strong convincing and negotiation skills to pitch effectively to business owners.
