Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly address and resolve application issues.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage application releases and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system stability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
