UPPER BOUND SKILLSETL Testing /Development experience- 5+ Yrs, preferably Banking and BFSI Sector and Working knowledge of Python and libraries2. Strong DB2 and SQL concepts - 5+ yrs3. Test Planning and team management and Defect Tracking tools4. Customer Commucanication and Co-ordination5. Ability to derive test plans and provide technical assistance for team queries.6. Strong ability to take up/resolve and act/improvise on technical challenges during project course and Escalation Management7. Track changes, provide progress tracking and regular interval updates on progress/challenges to all required stakeholders.8. Ability to troubleshoot and assist for resolving defects and other queries related issues.8. ISTQB foundation certification or within 3 months onboarding9. Onsite travel is a must to CBD BelapurLOWER BOUND SKILL1. Communication - can be average however written skills should be "Expert"2. ISTQB foundation certification [within 3 months of joining the project]3. Defect Triage calls4. DB2 expertise5. Test Data Management - Approach and methodology6. Python7.
