Job Summary

Maverick & Farmers is looking for a proactive and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch and delivery of coffee products to stores, customers, and business partners. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining dispatch records, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily dispatch of coffee products from the warehouse/production unit.

Ensure orders are packed, verified, and dispatched accurately.

Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.

Deliver urgent orders when required.

Maintain dispatch records, delivery status, and inventory movement reports.

Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch documents.

Ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.

Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.

Assist in stock movement and warehouse activities when required.

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.

Good knowledge of Bangalore routes is preferred.

Basic understanding of dispatch, logistics, or delivery operations is an added advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
