Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and assist them with product and service information.
  • Attend calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Support laptop sales and showcase accessories and ongoing offers.
  • Handle front desk operations and customer queries.
  • Maintain billing, payments, invoices, and daily records.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams.
  • Manage appointments for repairs and product demos.
  • Keep the showroom and front desk neat and organized.
  • Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Customer-focused with polite and professional behavior.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
