Job Description
Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in disposal of Assets especially in affordable sector.
- Identifying right buyers/investors and sell the properties
- Maintain business partnerships with accredited 3rd party buyers of assets for disposal
- Document and journalize all disposed assets
- Coordinate with the other department to get more leads
- Prepare monthly asset disposal report to higher authority
