Role Summary
Manage and optimize Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, ensuring efficient organization, governance, distribution, and utilization of digital assets. Collaborate with marketing, creative, content, and technology teams to improve asset workflows, metadata quality, and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring asset accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Organize, classify, tag, and catalog digital assets using metadata standards and taxonomy frameworks.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, content, and business teams to streamline asset workflows and lifecycle management.
Establish and enforce governance policies, naming conventions, and asset usage guidelines.
Monitor asset quality, version control, archival processes, and retention policies.
Support asset ingestion, migration, distribution, and retrieval processes.
Generate reports and insights on asset utilization, adoption, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain DAM documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Provide user training, documentation, and support for DAM platform users.
Coordinate with technology teams and vendors for platform enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Management, or a related domain.
Hands-on experience with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Bynder, Aprimo, or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy, asset governance, and content lifecycle processes.
Experience with digital content workflows, asset publishing, and media management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DAM system implementation, migration, or integration projects.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and content management ecosystems.
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and cross-functional teams.
