Job Description
General Manager – Sales
Role: Lead the dealership’s sales operations and deliver consistent growth in volume, market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and hold the sales team accountable.
- Drive enquiries, follow-ups, test rides, bookings and conversions.
- Monitor daily sales performance, MIS and CRM/DMS discipline.
- Improve team productivity, conversion ratios and customer experience.
- Identify performance gaps and take immediate corrective action.
- Build a high-performance, disciplined and target-driven sales culture.
- Coordinate with TVS management and implement company initiatives.
Ideal Candidate: 8+ years of automobile/dealership sales experience with strong leadership, sales execution and target-achievement track record.
