The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology by defining effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business requirements to technical teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with operating model design and implementation within technology-driven environments.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
