Job OverviewWe are looking for dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineers to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites in and around Bhubaneswar. Candidates will be responsible for site supervision, project execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

• Open PositionsJunior Civil Site EngineerExperience: 2–4 Years
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Senior Civil Site EngineerExperience: 6–10 Years
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and maintain site records and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and labor teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage material requirements and monitor material consumption.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support at the site.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines and budgets.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to construction standards.
• RequirementsFor Junior Civil Site EngineerDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in site execution and construction supervision.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, estimation, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• For Senior Civil Site EngineerDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in civil construction and site management.
• Strong expertise in project execution, team management, and quality control.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of construction planning, billing, and project documentation.
