BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST II

Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Work with and integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Design and support automated and scalable reporting solutions.
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting deliverables.
- Document data models, reporting logic, and analytical processes.
- Track deliverables, risks, and actions using Asana or similar tools.
- Contribute to BI best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong experience with Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, and Power Apps.
- Experience working with Databricks and Redshift.
- Knowledge of data engineering and building data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Power BI and Microsoft Fabric certifications are desirable.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
