Senior Consultant - System Management
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design develop configure and implement ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT service management requirements The candidate should have handson experience with ServiceNow platform development integrations workflows and customization
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Configure workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and catalog items
Develop and maintain Service Catalogs Incident Change Problem and Request Management modules
Build integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty applications using RESTSOAP APIs
Create reports dashboards and performance analytics
Troubleshoot and resolve platformrelated issues
Participate in requirement gathering solution design and implementation activities
Perform instance upgrades patch validations and platform optimization
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards
