Software Tester (QA Engineer)
Company: Superclass LMS (Invent Educare)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong testing knowledge may also apply)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our LMS platform. The ideal candidate should be passionate about finding bugs, improving user experience, and working closely with developers to deliver reliable software.
Key Responsibilities
● Test Web, Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac applications.
● Prepare and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
● Identify, document, and track software bugs.
● Verify bug fixes before production release.
● Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and compatibility testing.
● Test new features before deployment.
● Ensure smooth performance across different browsers and devices.
● Validate APIs, forms, login, payments, notifications, and user workflows.
● Report issues with proper screenshots, videos, and reproduction steps.
● Work closely with developers and product teams to improve software quality.
● Maintain testing documentation and release checklists.
Required Skills
● Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts.
● Experience in Manual Testing.
● Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
● Familiarity with Bug Tracking tools.
● Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
● Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman is a plus).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
● Experience testing LMS, EdTech, or SaaS products.
● Knowledge of Android Studio, Xcode, or Flutter apps.
● Basic automation testing knowledge is an advantage.
● Understanding of REST APIs.
● Knowledge of browser developer tools.
Qualification
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
