Job Description

Position: Quality Inspector / Quality Engineer

Location: Dombivli/Badlapur

Industry: Manufacturing / Machining / Assembly

Job Summary.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in machining and assembly operations with good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality inspection processes.

Key Requirements

  • ITI + NCTVT or Diploma in Engineering
  • 2–3 years of experience in machining / assembly operations
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Well-versed with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 quality standards
  • Hands-on experience in using measuring instruments
  • Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection of machined and assembly components
  • Ensure product quality as per drawing specifications
  • Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
  • Maintain inspection reports and quality records
  • Support production team in maintaining quality standards
  • Follow ISO procedures and quality processes

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
