Job Description
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform quality tests, measurements, and inspections as per drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production, design, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Key Skills: Quality inspection, GD&T, drawing interpretation, root cause analysis, ISO 9001, problem-solving, documentation, and attention to detail.
