Job Description

  • Install FTTH (Fiber to the Home) broadband connections.
  • Lay, terminate, and splice fiber optic cables.
  • Install and configure ONT/Modem and Wi-Fi routers.
  • Test fiber signal strength and ensure stable internet connectivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation and network-related issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and service visits.
  • Update installation and service reports using mobile applications.
  • Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.
  • Educate customers on modem/router usage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Achieve daily installation and service targets.
