Job Description
WE ARE HIRING – AUDIT MANAGER
Kale Malde & Co., Chartered Accountants, is looking for a dynamic and technically strong audit manager to join our team.
Job Description:
✅ Lead and execute statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits & limited reviews.
✅ Review financial statements in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Schedule III, AS/Ind AS and Standards on Auditing (SAs).
✅ Handle income tax matters, tax audits, assessments, and GST & TDS compliances.
✅ Prepare and review audit reports, CARO 2020 reports and IFC reports.
✅ Supervise audit teams, manage client relationships and ensure timely completion of assignments.
✅ Keep abreast of amendments in income tax, the Companies Act, ICAI pronouncements and SEBI regulations.
Requirements:
✔️ Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS), Standards on Auditing (SAs), Companies Act, GST & TDS
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills
✔️ Experience in listed company audits, SEBI (LODR) compliances, SME IPOs and due diligence will be an added advantage.
