About Humsafar Tours
Humsafar Tours is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Female Package Sales Executive with proven experience in the travel industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and corporate clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with visa guidance, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in selling domestic and international tour packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, tour planning, and itinerary preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with travel booking portals and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first approach.
