Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle counter sales and billing (cash / UPI / card)
  • Attend customers, take cake & bakery orders politely
  • Pack cakes and bakery items carefully for take-away or delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop
  • Manage daily sales and basic stock of bakery items
  • Assist in small local deliveries when needed
  • Open and close the shop responsibly
  • Support overall shop operations and help increase sales/profitability

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, bakery, or counter sales preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, responsible, and punctual
  • Comfortable managing counter, stock, and occasional deliveries
  • Freshers can apply if willing to learn
