- Eligibility Minimum 1 year experience in sales
- Experience in any sales industry is accepted
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and maintain good client relationships
- Explain project details and schedule site visits
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up with customers through calls and direct interaction
- Support property promotions through advertisements and listings
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer handling
- Required Skills Tamil speaking is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Good customer service approach
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Professional telephone handling skills
