Rapid Solar Studio is building India's execution network for rooftop solar installations. We partner with leading Solar EPC companies to deliver high-quality residential and commercial rooftop solar projects across Bengaluru.
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Solar Rooftop Site Supervisor to manage end-toend execution of rooftop solar projects. The role involves supervising installation teams, ensuring quality, safety, timely project completion, and coordinating with customers and EPC partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complete rooftop solar project execution from start to handover.
• Supervise installation of mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, AC/DC wiring, earthing, and BOS.
• Coordinate electricians, technicians, fabricators, helpers, and material deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards with minimum rework.
• Monitor commissioning, testing, and project completion.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, and installation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and work-at-height safety standards. Qualifications
• ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of rooftop solar installation or site execution experience.
• Knowledge of AC/DC wiring, On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid Solar System, inverters, SLDs, earthing, mounting structures, and commissioning.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru project sites.
