Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter cum Admin Executive who will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment sourcing and identifying the right manpower using various job portals & Databases as per experience level and role requirements. In addition to recruitment, the candidate will support administrative operations, payroll processing, data collection, and MIS reporting for the HR & Admin function.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
1. Identify manpower requirements across departments and experience levels (entry, mid, senior).
2. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Shine, Work India, Apna etc.
3. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule/coordinate interviews.
4. Conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate fit.
5. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker (MIS).
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and finalize job descriptions.
7. Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and candidate onboarding coordination.
8. Utilize AI-based sourcing tools, chatbots, and digital/social media platforms for candidate identification and employer branding (added advantage).
9. Track recruitment metrics TAT, source effectiveness, manpower cost etc.
Administration
1. Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management.
2. Manage vendor coordination, stationery, and asset management.
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Payroll Processing
1. Assist in reimbursement processing for employees along with Salary processing.
2. Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
Data Collection & MIS
1. Collect, Compile, Analyse date to prepare MIS reports.
2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting through Excel/Google Sheets .
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment through various job portals.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
4. Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance processes.
5. Exposure to AI recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or digital/social media sourcing will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to multitask and manage both HR and admin responsibilities effectively.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
