Field Marketing Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Mohali /Dehradun

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain company products and services effectively.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales performance updates.

Requirements:-

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

· Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooty) with a valid driving license for field visits.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
