Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 
1. Review GC master schedule, milestone plan and logic; validate sequencing and critical path. 
2. Drive look-ahead planning and constraint log; coordinate removals with PMC/GC and track closures. 
3. Validate progress measurement method (quantities/earned progress) and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. 
4. Monitor resource mobilization plans (manpower, equipment) and flag gaps impacting milestones. 
5. Maintain integrated dashboards and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly reviews. 
6. Support time impact analysis for changes/variations; maintain baseline and revision history discipline. 
7. Demand recovery plans for slippages; track effectiveness and escalate unresolved risks. 
8. Maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation ageing; ensure closure SLAs are met.

Essential B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Construction disciplines. 
Desirable/Preferable PMP / Primavera / quantity surveying / fit-out / execution-specific certifications.
