Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace portals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, lightning offers, and seasonal sales.
  • Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze marketplace reports and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Resolve customer issues, returns, cancellations, and seller performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain seller account health.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for business growth opportunities.
