Job Description – Sales Executive (Robotics & Automation Industry)

Sales & Marketing – Robotics & Industrial Automation

Department:Sales & Business Development


  • Qualification :Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Automation Engineering.
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturing industries, and system integrators.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable robotic and automation solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with the application, design, and engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders until project closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Support installation handover and ensure customer satisfaction after project completion.
  • Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer seminars.
